On September 22, 2017 Dr.Noely Mapunda with other young leaders from 14 countries in east and central Africa completed 28 days leadership training program at YALI Regional center east Africa, Nairobi Kenya. The program aims at transforming African young leaders between 18-35 years old to prosper their African communities , countries and African Continent
